  M. Stover wins Dean's Distinguished Research Award.

  Congratulations to our colleague Matthew Stover whose work on arithmetic manifolds has been recognized by 2023-20224 Dean's Distinguished Research Award.

  Irina Mitrea receives University Research Award.

  The award, the universities highest recognition for research achievement, cites Mitrea's many contributions to partial differential equations and harmonic analysis through her career and highlights the completion of her recent five volume monograph Geometric Functional Analysis.

  The department is pleased to announce that we will hold the tenth annual Sonia Kovalevsky Math Day for Girls at Temple University on Saturday, April 13th, 10am--2pm.
