    1. : For Monday appointments, you must send me an e-mail by 6:00 PM on Sunday and you should check back late Sunday night or early Monday morning for confirmation; for Thursday appointments, you must confirm at the beginning or end of class on the day in question.

    2. : On Monday 2/18, 3/18, 4/15 and 5/13, my morning hours will begin at 12:00 rather than 10:30; on Monday 2/28, I will not have afternoon hours.

    3. : My times of availability on Thursday will depend on whether or not certain committees on which I serve are meeting that week. I will keep this updated as I learn of newly scheduled committee meetings:
